This course will introduce participants to Accurint® for Collections Contact & Locate Online. Participants will receive instruction to efficiently retrieve current contact information for consumers. This course will also present search techniques that will aid in the location of Right Party Contact (RPC) information.

  • Locate information in Reverse Phones Search Plus using a variety of methods
  • Interpret Reports
